美食大三通之德國食紀It is very tough exhibition in Hanover.This is my first time and I hope this is last time.Therefore, the dinner time is my happy time in a day.......Chuck and his lovely wife decide to go into this restaurant. The idea come to my mine iswe will lose lots money on this dinner tonight! But it is worth!!Herb , chili, mint with fresh fish.Looks great!crab cream soup ---- very fresh and very "ocean" and it is a little be salty for me....But Chuck and Chu said " Very delicious"Hey! you can not miss the pig feet and sauerkraut if come to here.Basically, there are 2 different way to cook pig feet here.Bake and steamOf course! "SAUERKRAUT" is a must for this dish.德國豬腳有兩種烹飪方法,一種是烤的,德文叫Schweinhaxe;另一種叫Eisbein,是水煮的SAUERKRAUT直譯為〝醋漬包心菜〞,是將包心菜切絲,加鹽醃過、加上香料,放入罈中發酵,約3至6個星期。酸菜是德國在二戰後,媽媽婆婆們勤儉持家的愛心料理喔!Crisp duck功夫鴨  好脆 馬鈴薯 亦稱一絕  吃西洋菜  免不了要來份 紅甜菜4 people, 2x bake duck , 1 x seafood , 1x pig feetit almost cost me NTD10,000 a meal !Traditional family restartuant NTD1000 for 3 people.And it just locate on erica's houseHey! I think it is attractive for me!Very typical ! Yummy!風乾火腿 底下鋪著口感極佳的麵包Air-dried ham with Germany style bread and handmake sausage .
